Stay sharp & fit over Winter!!!

This is a 7 week program (running over 8 weeks - no training on Mother's Day) bringing to the pool an elite panel of coaches with Olympic, Australian National League and Queensland Premier League experience.

3 sessions will be running each week. PLEASE NOTE: pool availability issues on the 18th May will see us run 2 sessions only between 3.30-6.30pm. Details will be published after week 1 on the 4th May.

There will be 3 time slots running each week with the times shown below: 

  • Boys & Girls born 2013, 2014 & 2015 - Arriving 12.20pm for a 12.30-2pm pool session

  • Boys born 2012 and older - Arriving 1.40pm for a 2-3.30pm pool session

  • Girls born 2011 & 2012 (Canteen end) - Arriving 1.40pm for a 2-3.30pm pool session

  • Girls born 2010 and older- Arriving 3.10pm for a 3.30-5pm pool session

For ADVANCED players looking to sharpen their skills and strategy we will cover: shooting, shooting against block, individual skill focus for centre back, centre forward, drivers, goal keeper and zone defence. We cover strategies on how to play defence and how to play against the defence plus extra man. Time will also be allocated to games and game tactics.

For DEVELOPING players building up their game we will cover: shooting, passing, eggbeater, water polo swimming, how to play the "pressing defence" and how to play in attack against "pressing".

But numbers are limited so register now!!! $250 for 7 weeks.
